یارو گفت یه کاری برات دارم ، حقوقشم خوبه پسره قبول کرد.
یارو گفت : ما اینجا میمون نداریم میتونی بری توی پوست میمون تو قفس تا میمون برامون بیاد !
چند روزی گذشت یه روز جمعه که شلوغ شده بود، پسره توی قفس پشتک وارو میزد از میله ها بالا پائین میرفت یهو جوگیر شد زیادی رفت بالا از اون طرف افتاد تو قفس شیره!
داد زد کمکککککککک شیره افتاد روش دستشو گذاشت رو دهنش گفت : آبرو ریزی نکن منم ممد هم دانشگاهیت، ارشد می خوندم .!!
تحقیقات نشان می دهد که فرق بین مدیران اثر بخش و غیر اثر بخش این است که آن ها به جای اینکه منتظر بمانند رویدادها اتفاق بافتد و سپس وارد عمل شوند ، سعی می کنند نظم و همکاری در کلاس را حفظ کرده و از بروز مشکلات پیشگیری نمایند .
Humour: A good laugh now and again can motivate teenagers to want to come to class. Make up stories or ask them to help you solve a problem or to introduce a grammar point that they actually know. My favorite problem-solving activity used to be a story which was partially true. I would tell my students that I had received a horrible birthday present (an orange blouse for example) from my husband and I didn’t know what to do with it, without hurting his feelings. The students would come up with all sorts of solutions, have fun and, actually, practice their English.
This will give you and the students an opportunity to relax. They will be much happier about working when they notice the teacher is prepared to tell a story or joke. As a follow-up activity you can ask them to share similar problems they have or have had and their peers should suggest solutions. Teenagers will be eager to participate (as long as it is done in English) and our teaching objective will have been reached (2 nd Conditional: if I were you, I would…)
Being strict: Research has shown that firm but fair teachers are preferred by this age group. Many times teachers are tempted to treat a group of sixteen year- olds as adults, but the fact is that emotionally they are not. If you talk to them as if they were your friends or peers, they will often use this as an excuse not to study or do as you ask. At the end of the day, most teenagers don’t have the maturity to choose learning over fun and games and it will be much more difficult to get them to put in the required effort. However, this doesn’t mean that teachers have to be strict all the time! Students should be rewarded when they work hard and rewards, such as games and other fun activities, can be a great incentive to get the task done. Transmit the idea that you are in control of the class, this is something teenagers consider as a qualification of a good teacher.
The key to good teaching, then, is to find out what gets the students' attention and use it to help them learn. Graham R. mentions in one of his articles: ‘you can't teach anybody anything, all you can do is open the door’.The modern version is that you're not teaching English, you're selling it to them!’ In other words, you have to convince students to learn and like English by using the right activities and topics for them
Baby Camel and Mother
A mother and a baby camel were lying around, and suddenly the baby camel asked, “mother, may I ask you some questions? Mother said, “Sure! Why son, is there something bothering you? Baby said, “Why do camels have humps?” Mother said “Well son, we are desert animals, we need the humps to store water and we are known to survive without water”. Baby said, “Okay, then why are our legs long and our feet rounded?” Mother said, “Son, obviously they are meant for walking in the desert. You know with these legs I can move around the desert better than anyone does!” Baby said, “Okay, then why are our eyelashes long? Sometimes it bothers my sight”. Mother with pride said, “My son, those long thick eyelashes are your protective cover. They help to protect your eyes from the desert sand and wind”.
Baby after thinking said, “I see. So the hump is to store water when we are in the desert, the legs are for walking through the desert and these eye lashes protect my eyes from the desert then what in god’s name are we doing here in the Zoo!?”
